1st place gets $50 towards their bar tab, plus two free rides per player at Revel Durham in the Novus building across the street!
2nd place gets $25 towards their bar tab, plus a free yoga class at Dose Yoga (soon to be in the Novus building, currently with locations in Raleigh)
Plus a prize for best team name!
And cool swag prizes for each of the two Call-Out rounds from different breweries, Revel Durham, Solidcore Durham, Dose Yoga, and our most favoritest sponsor ever — Vaguely Reminiscent!
There’s even a last place prize!
RULES
Please arrive before 8pm to allow time for seating and ordering! That being said, you can sit anywhere at the pub and play! Simply listen in — Trivia questions can be heard even at the last table on the lawn — and scan the trivia QR code (provided when you arrive) to play! One person submits answers for the team on their phone! Note: We are 21+ after 8pm. Kids with parents are welcome, but it can definitely be rated R during Trivia!
Teams up to 6 players allowed — bigger groups, make it a goal to beat your friends and split up to teams of 6!
NO CHEATING! Don’t use outside resources — no google, social media, AI, or “phoning a friend!” This also includes the books on the shelves!
There are three rounds where answers are submitted on your phone, and two CALL OUT rounds where you must come inside and shout the answer — individuals win here, but sharing the goods is okay, too!
At the end of the game, there might be a tie breaker, winners are announced, and prizes are given out! (see the bartenders for winners’ earnings towards your tab!
